Good luck with this one, The only one I can think of just off the top of my head is that if you are talking on the phone, you will probably not be struggling with a runaway burrito, which just burst and is getting all over you. I knew a guy that could be drinking something, smoking and driving at the same time, never had an accident while doing this, that person doesn't do this much any more, I quit smoking

Hmm, benefits.
1) The only benefit is for emergencies. If you break down and need to call Tripe AAA, or road service. If your relative, child needs to get in touch with you in an emergency.

This is the only reason I have a cell phone.

No such thing the phone does not belong in the drivers hard I run into people all day driving and talking on the phone they are never even paying attention to what they are doing.

Aware drivers can use them with no problem, especially on an open road. The drivers who have problems are usually pretty bad drivers, anyway.

I'm not in favor of banning them, sorry. The problem is not with the cell phone, it's with the people.

The only benefit there really is .... is when there is an emergency and u need to call 911 or if you are waiting for a call for somthing very important. like if there is an emergency at home and u need ot be updated or somthing like that. other than that it shoudlnt be done very often.

What benefits? Multi tasking while driving is the most obnoxious thing anyone does. And you can tell who they are too.
