and how many cups a day do you drink.
Juist curious because I am a non coffee or tea drinker generally speaking. might have 3-4 a year if that.

Ah, the delights of caffeine....I have one coffee a day (black, but only on week days) and the rest of the day I drink green tea.....and Coke Zero

Coffee... Nowadays I limit to 2 cups (mixed with Hot Cocoa).
When I was in the Navy, and working a 12 hour watch in Combat Direction I would drink coffee the whole darned shift !! I figured it out that I was putting away almost 3 quarts !!
I DO like Orange Pekoe when I have a cold.

I love both, especially when they are high quality. I used to drink alot of coffee (I work in an office) atleast 5 cups a day, but I recently made myself cut down to one cup a day, because it's not great for my stomach, and stains my teeth. It was not a pretty week for me when I was going through caffeine withdrawals either!
I also love herbal teas, especially tea which is infused with fruit. I spent a few years in London and really grew to love their wide selection of teas. I'd recommend Twinings Blackcurrant, or Strawberry, or even the Lemon is quite nice and refreshing.

i love coffee. i drink like 3-4 cups a day. i should really slow down. a really good chai latte is my favorite drink. its a tea with steemed milk. its amazing. coffee in the morning, tea in the evening. can't live without it

brewed tea is my fave but also like coffee. I guess it depends on my mood, tea is to relax and unwind after work and on the weekends...while coffee is for crazy days when you need an extra edge...or used to 'catch up' with friends who also need a caffeine fix!
