it is white and has little red dots on it. on one side it says watson and on the other side it says 3202? what are the side effects? and what is it used for?

i would go to the sites that the others have mentioned here--it sounds like something in the VICODIN family--
it sounds like a higher dosage then the lowest dosage--which is something like 5/500-
more like 10/600---the larger number is the amount of the ibruprofen--but do NOT take my word for it--find out from an expert--do not mess with it. u do not know your reaction to this medication--u do not know if you may have an allergic reaction--and then if something goes wrong--and they ask u what u took?--you will NOT be able to say--and that makes any unknown pill lethal. no matter what it is. please do not take it...

Looks like it an acetaminophen/ hydrocodone pill.

a prescription pain pill.

Take it to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist.

He/she would be able to tell you what it is and what it's used for.

Don't know, buy please don't take it ,watson makes a lot of heart pills
