They use too many social services paid for by the American taxpayers and commit too many crimes.

Your question has no definate answer as there are many reasons people don't like illegals and legal Mexicans.
The answer, I believe, for the illegal question surrounds two areas. One would be employment for illegals and the employers who hire them.
Years ago, everyone knew and didn't seem to mind the Mexican labor pool that worked the fields picking, bagging, wrapping a variety of farm grown vegitation. The Mexican worker also got support from people like Ceazer Chaves, who championed their cause which, helped them from being abused.
What we all failed to realize and what has gotten out of control from that time to now, is the employer. In the name of profit, the employer has been able to structure their profits on the backs of the illegal. While white and black america complain their is no work, when what they really mean is: There is no decent paying work! While employers of all trades are able, and do hire illegals at low wage, unemployed america sits around and looks for excuses. My thoughts: Border and Customs should be funded and directed to eliminate this practice by employers.
The next reason some American citizens complain about the illegal is: The medical and education benifits they are able to get from their particular state. Bear in mind, not all states afford these benifits so easily. Many illegals have no way of getting medical or educational help without taking the risk of getting caught by immigration however, there are states that have laws that dictate no one individual may be turned away from medical assitance and all minor children must be enrolled in school. My thoughts: We should continue to be a compasionate people.
The final result is a discontented Americans who need to blame some one or some thing for their unemployment. That discontent has now drifted into the political arena. My thought: Not a good reason to hate either, legal and illegal Mexicans are for the most part, just as decent as any citizen.

1). The mexicans that are here illegally work for minimum wage or less which lowers the pay scale for many jobs in America. American citizens can't make ends meet on those low wages because most of us are not willing to lower our standard of living and have 15 people in a small apartment. 2) Mexicans don't want to assimilate into the American society. They want to continue to speak Spanish and very bad Spanglish and they demand "rights" and expect American citizens to foot the bill. 3) Mexicans are disrespectful of American citizens. They wave their Mexican flag, break our laws and treat white people like they are the foreigners.
I hate that Mexicans have become the majority in Southern California. They are taking over nice places like Santa Barbara and San Diego and ruining those cities. It has NOTHING to do with skin color. It has to do with attitude and demeanor. If anyone is a racist in this issue it's the Mexicans.

It's morons like you that I have a problem with. You say that the U.S. government should cut them some slack? What more should we give them? We support them and their legion of anchor babies, they get free medical care and so many other handouts that Americans can't even get. What else should we do for them? Put them up in condos with heated inside pools? How about a 4 person jacuzzi in every bedroom? (all at the expense of the middle class Americans, of course)
IDIOT.

The problem is not the people of Mexico.
It is #1 entering the country by sneaking breaks the law and this "system" of people sneaking in is a danger to us because Drug dealers and Terrorists have been also using it to get in drugs and bombs etc. so we need first to have border security to stop the un-documented immigration (ie we need to know who is coming in)
and #2 then we can start allowing more Mexicans if we need them to work jobs and let them come in legally.
The other BIG problem for the Mexicans coming in Illegally is that unscrupulous employers will pay them less then they deserve for their work. Some even are abused and feel they can't complain because they might get in trouble;e for being illegal. Thus it is better to have a system to make things legal and safe for the Country.
I live in Texas and work with many from Mexico and Mexican Americans and they are some of the best people, because of that I want to protect them and help build a proper system for allowing immigration, and stopping the dangers of terrorists and drug smugglers.
Lastly you need to know in the past 3 years 200 or more people died because they paid smugglers to get them here, and the smugglers had them packed in trucks with no ventilation and they died from the heat, men women, and children.

You have to look at the big picture. Most Mexican workers are very nice. The problem is THEY are being exploited and dont even know it. I dont have a problem with them. They do need to respect our laws, whether the laws work or not. I have a problem with the two governements (thank you vets that I can even say that, because Mexicans cant). If they are coming here to work for cheap for big fat rich people that are only pocketing the extra profits and driving wages down for American workers it only creates a lower class in America. Think about it, if they work for nothing what are the poor people in Mexico working for? Mexico needs to fix their own country and make a good life for their own people where others will want to go to Mexico to live. This is all about slave labor and making a bigger gap between the elite rich and the poor. What do you have if you only have the super rich and the super poor?
The North American Union is not good for America, Canada, OR Mexico!

whilst we help collectivism quite than individualism we purely perpetuate the racial tensions in united statesa.. think of approximately it. whilst we hear of the disenfranchised blacks (word: i do no longer use African human beings as a results of fact they are not extra African than i'm eu), Hispanics, or the undesirable whites, it purely divides quite than unifies. Unification could be performed consistent with person reward. whilst a black guy commits a criminal offense do you blame all blacks, or basically the guy? yet politicians, lobbyist, and media icons can earnings ability by amassing human beings in communities consistent with race or ethnic backgrounds and accomplish super ability. An occasion could be Boss Tweed. you're my fellow American no remember what your race or ethnic background is, and that i've got self assurance that we are able to all gain greatness by our person strengths way extra desirable than if we are thrown into some invisible pot and instructed that somebody is sorting out for our activity. Now please do no longer confuse my statements that i've got self assurance we are able to no longer connect mutually to combat for an identical reason such as a results of fact the civil rights flow of the 1960's. That replaced into somebody flow. persons have been able to prohibit mutually to combat for a single reason. That is going returned to individualism being the only thank you to realize real unification. bear in mind that if we grant person rights then mob rule can no longer take over.

Love you back Mr.US
No not ALL people of any race have the same work ethic.I see
lazy people of all races. I am of German ancestry and we are know as very hard working people but I know a lot of lazy Germans just like there are a lot of lazy Mexicans and all other races or ethnic groups. I cant love an entire race of people because for me to love them they would have to have a place in my life .At this time they are all just people .I neither love them nor hate them.I respect the people that show me and my country respect.

how would you like it if i broke into your house and demanded you let me kive there. then i demanded free health care that you have to provide, i steal your job because i ask for less money, i drive your car drunk and kill your firends family's, i terrorize your family, i trash your neighborhood, because hey, what i'm doing is illegal so what do i care.
now that i have done this what are you going to do?
ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL no matter how you say it
if i robbed a bank, it would be illegal
if i stole a car, it would be illegal
