What do you expect complete strangers to do??
You control YOU. Eat normal meals. It will take you quite a while just eating normal meals to get to a normal weight.
Why aren't your parents on your case for not eating normal meals?
If you were my child and 40 pounds underweight, you would sit at the table with me till you ate, then for the next 3 or 4 hours I would be glued to you so you didn't do something stupid like throw up.

Think, why is it that you are seeing things this way? Find the root cause of the matter. Where did this start? and why? Ask why why why... until you get to the root cause.
I know a 14 year old. She is always thinking about what other people are thinking about her. But, guess what -- no one is thinking about her at all. No one cares. Everyone else is too busy thinking about themselves just like she is, but she still goes around getting EXTREMEMLY embarrassed over anything when around school friends. None of the 14 year old guys have the same problem... eating disorders are mainly a female thing. (The guys are trying to gain more muscle and trying to act cool) Why? Because they can't stop thinking about themselves and what others are thinking about them. Get over it. Only a handful of people even know you exist. When you graduate high school, you will never see any of those people ever again. So, who cares.
Maybe I'm just male and cannot understand the whacked female mind. I say, eat eat eat and enjoy. That's what the guys do. Then they go to the gym and work it off. Then they eat more. Then they go play tennis and workit off. Then they eat more... and they have no worries about food, except that they want more more more.

Eat around 5 or 6 small meals a day, eating small meals increases your metabolism because your body is always working to digest it. Stay away from eating really greasy foods if you are afraid of getting overweight, eat a lot of fiber and protein and drink 1 or 2 percent milk. Eating 2 or three big meals until your stuffed a day gives your body too much time to store unhealthy fats when you are resting or being lazy.

Sweet heart! If you don't eat you won't get your metabolism going... and if you don't get that going then you may not be able to keep the weight off in your later years! Men like curves... even though you really shouldn't have to worry about that... but i know i did and so did my friends. So eat good for you food, that tastes good, and you like to eat! ex. avocados have good fat! that help you stay thin but not skinny, and hey help give you good skin! Nuts are another great source of protein... protein helps you look tone, slender, fit and healthy! so eat up! to many girl are dying due to eating disorders... a few vain looks aren't worth your life... besides you look better toned then skinny any day!

if you exercise you will not get fat.. so join a school team or do some other form of exercise on your own. then eat all you want 70lbs is not a good weight at all. ppl you see in magazines have all been digitally altered to look skinnerDON'T FALL FOR THE HYPE... if you eat more ur metabolism will actually speed up because the body will know more food is coming and will not worry about when it is going to get fed again.

there is no possible way that you can ever get fat if your body let you get that thin. It will never let you get overweight. you need to eat better, though. If you drink more milk, and eat more protein it will help you gain muscle and bone instead of fat.. My questionis why haven't your parents taken you to the doctor yet? You are not healthy, and you will get really ill if you get the flu or a bad cold.

You should be scared to get fat.. fat people are at risk for all kinds of diseases... 70 pounds is underweight for your height, but just make healthier choices when you do eat, so you won't feel bad. Much love!

how can you hate being skinny but be afraid of being fat at the same time? first off you should start eating small 5 meals a day. you seriously just need to make yourself eat -- w.out becoming bulimic

Karen, you are killing yourself. Your body needs food to stay alive.
When you starve yourself, your body goes into emergency state, where it starts to take all the fat it can from what you eat and piles the fat on.
You need to see a psychologist about your eating disorder. Now. Before you die. I know too many girls who ruined their lives becasue they cared too much what everybody else thought about them. Do what's right. Eat right. Exercise. To heck with what everyone else thinks. Just live and live well.

what's wrong with being fat? santa's fat, and look how happy he makes everybody, seriously, you are very unhealthy at that weight. eat a varied diet with sweets at the low end of the pole.
