I am only 70 pounds and 5"2, and I am 14 years old, and female, I a lighter thanmy 10 year old sister, I hate being skinny, and I hate eating, because I am scared that I will get fat, what should I do?

from ur question i couldn't decide what u need but i will tell u a way of having a good body structure. First u have to eat 3 meals good meals every day leaving between each meal and the other not less than 6 hours without eating in between this will make put on weight, but don't worry using this manner with regular exercising will make this weight gain equally distributed on all ur body. for example and just for example gaining 5 kilos, imagine that those 5 kilos with regular overall exercise will be equally distributed on all ur body in way that u feel that u haven't put on weight a lot. but take care that eating regularly with no exercisng will dispose all the gained weight in the abdominal region. Just try first to schedule ur meals and u'll feel the differance.
Try to decrease fibrous vegetables, milk is neccesary with breakfast, juices are also neccasary with other meals, deserts are important too.

First of all, you don't need to be afraid of becoming fat. 70 lbs. is so severely underweight for your height and age, that even eating 5000 calories a day for a month will not get you into the so-called "normal" weight range. Instead of focusing on weight and numbers, focus on trying to be as healthy as you possibly can be. Healthy does not mean starving yourself. It means eating a diet filled with nutrients to keep your body up and active. Your condition sounds very much like anorexia nervosa, a potentially life-threatening disorder. Trust me, you want to stop the disorder as early as you can. Find a therapist, get a dietitian--do whatever it takes. I've been through this---and now I'm back to being happy and healthy....you won't have to worry about weight, numbers, or anything....so, if you are at the stage where you feel you can't eat more on your own, then it's absolutely ok to seek help...in the long run, you'll be happy about it....Good Luck

Well, i am 5"4, and 85 pounds. It does suck being that skinny. Skipping breakfast isn't good, but its not going to kill you. Instead, eat three meals, and excersise. You wont get fat but you will be toned and thin, which is better than super skinny.

if your scared of being fat then eat healthy...not so much junk...but you are going to have to eat if you dont want to be skinny...

just have a snack not a meal and then 2 meals

keep eating untill your the weight you wanna be then maintain it.
