They both have their roots in the Abrahamic god.
They both will try to disprove the other religion's texts by saying the other one is misogynistic and violent while ignoring those things in their own religion's book - which I find supremely funny.
The difference? I can't think of much other than details in dogma.
I do have a hypothesis that because Islam is younger, it is less evolved. Religions seem to start as very fundamentalistic, and progress towards liberalism to avoid being wiped out by reason, logic, and morality.
There was a time when Christian women covered their heads and submitted to their husbands, too. Christianity is simply a little farther along in evolution.

ALIKE: Muslims and Christians both believe Jesus is going to come back in the end of times,
In both books women are told to cover their head (thats why the nuns cover their heads) see 1st Cor 11:5
Muslims and Christians believe in the new testament and Jesus's message
both believe in the Virgin birth
both honor Jesus and mary
DIFFERENT: Muslims believe Jesus is a Man and a prophet Christians belive he is God,or Son of God.
Muslim women still cover their heads
Muslims pray they way Jesus prayed in the Garden Christians do not pray that way anymore
Jews & Muslims Pray to the God that Jesus prayed to while Christians pray to Jesus
Muslims accept Moses as a prophet and study his books while Christians say Jesus brought the New Testament to replace the old testament
Mulims are taught to defend themselves and if someone kills your children you go kill theirs while christians are taught to turn the other cheek
Muslims do not change the words of God or stop following Gods orders to fit the times or for society acceptance, Christians sometimes do for example 1st Cor. 11:5

maybe that we believe in the same God (i mean Christians who believe that there is only one God) maybe some people will find this strange but all the Nuns(sisters) wear something like hijab i find this a really quit like .Muslims do believe too that Jesus is the Messiah and so do the Christians i thin k the difference between them is that Christians believe that Jesus is ,God or son of God and that he was crucified Muslims believe that he was not crucified . actually Islam has joined many logical things from Jews and Christians .

Well, I know that Christians believe that the only way to Heaven is through the Grace and Truth of Jesus Christ. Muslims believe that you can get to Heaven through good deeds. If the good deeds outweigh the bad. But that seems really hard to do..seeing as they don't mind killing innocent children, so it kinda screws up what is "good." But that's what separates the religion of Islam and Faith of Christianity, they're completely different because of that.

They are alike in that they both worship the same God. Muslims seem like they are more willing to die for Islam.

Muslims oftentimes understand next to no longer something approximately Christianity different than the lies that their fellow Muslims show them, and that they hate Christianity. Christians oftentimes understand next to no longer something approximately Islam, and are taught no longer something by employing their church homes, and are very accepting and tolerant of Muslims, even to the factor to believing such lies as Islam being a faith of peace and that Islam is an Abrahamic faith..

both have killed for their religion. both believe in one god who knows all, sees all and wants you to pray to him (yes, god is a him to both religions) because of divine esteem issues and an inordinate need for adoration. they are different with booze--christians use it in their service in many christian denominations, muslims see it as the devil's dew. hahahahaha
also, soap is used differently by both religions as is toilet paper. one uses both, the other uses neither.
