we talk like about an hour or 2 on the phone,he keeps bringing up about the guy i dated after we broke up, and asking me if he was uglyier than him. does this sound like he still likes me? plz give your opinions truthfully!

If he likes you, he will ask you out. He will try to win you back by doing things to make you happy or your life easier to prove to you that he is worth your time again. If he does not do these things unprompted, he is probably coming back to you because on some level he knows you still like him (or maybe he kinda still likes you, but not enough to get back together) and is taking advantage of the lingering feelings for an ego boost or to beat loneliness before he finds someone else. Basically, if he wants you back, he should make it damn clear, and then do the work to get you back. If not, pass on this loser.
