There is no difference (just the food for the hens). The quality of both eggs are equal, but the price of the brown ones is higher.

Some people think the brown eggs taste sweeter, but it all has to do with the color of the breed of chicken the eggs came out of.

It's basically the breed of chicken. The color of the chicken's egg does not affect flavor or cooking in any way. It's just pigmentation.

well it depends on the breed of hen, they produce different eggs, like some of my hens produce brown, white, blue and speckled,, to me the speckled and brown eggs taste better

The kind of chicken that laid them, and visa versa, the kind of chicken they produce. Other than that, they taste and function the same as food.

thats very simple, brown eggs are from brown ostriches, and white eggs are from white ostriches..
