It always takes a while for my guy to kiss me..I was thinking about if I should initiate the kiss..take control..do guys like that? AND, I'm shy about doing that so what should I do?

YES guys LOVE it when their girl initiates the kiss!!!!!! One reason is beccause most guys are timid and don't know wether or not their girl WANTS to be kissed and if they do they don't know exactly when the right time is and we don't want to force ourselves upon our hunny and they neglect it so instead we back off and become shy and rarely kiss the girl. So, we would really appreciate if the girl takes the initiative to kiss first that way we can know whether our partner is ready for the VERY sentimental feeling of being kissed. So... YES... ALL girls should try an take the initiative to kiss first... then after time it'll build the guys confidence level up so as to pretty soon he'll be flooding u w/ kisses and licks!!! :)

Most guys would like it if a girl initiates the kiss (I know I would).
What you can do if you don't want to take the plunge and take complete responsbility is to go halfway and signal really strongly that you want to be kissed. Maybe nuzzle his neck and give him a kiss on his neck, then look up at him, or something like that.
You can also, rather than just leaning in and going for it, ask him for a kiss.

In the past I used to wait... Now (and depending on how long I've known the guy) I just go for it. What do I have to loose anyway? If I like the kiss, great! If I don't like kissing him... well, next!

Yes, yes they do. unless they are gay, then I'm not sure. I do know that I like it, when my girl lays one on me, it makes me feel warm and fuzzy. and man do I like to feel warm, and fuzzy.
