What is better and why?

Yes I know Lenux is better but I need to know WHY MAC OR MIC is better. Software, hardware, and sooo on.

mIcrosoft is a company and macintosh is a product. So, there is no direct comparison.
I guess you question is windows vs Mac or apple vs microsoft.
Windows is better than Mac in user friendly interface. In other ways(like stability), Mac is better. Of course Linux is better than both in security but worst in user interface.
Now, Microsoft is giant company who like monopoly. Apple is also big and shrewed in targetting user market. Apple beat microsoft in electronics like Ipod. But microsoft will beat apple in windows vista and xbox.

This is a highly subjective question, and the answer is, it depends...
If you're a home user interested in web browsing, movie making, music listening/composing, or other multimedia tasks, the Macintosh wins, hands down.
If you're a gamer, get a PC.
If you aren't sure why or whether Linux is better than Windows or the Macintosh, Linux probably isn't for you.

Linux but between Mac and Microsoft

My vote goes to Linux. You can do pretty much anything you can do with Windows (or a Mac) and more. Unless your a gamer. The my vote goes to a dual boot between Linux and Windows

The problem with Microsoft is they don't bundle hardware like Apple does. Hence the compatibility problems.
