If God knows all, the idiot knew that eve would bite the apple So why in the hell would he create her to do that in the first place?

everything acts according to its nature. Part of human nature is to break stuff.
Maybe God is really clever...he creates the world, takes out a sizable insurance policy on it and turns homo sapiens loose!

Just as God knew Eve was going to make
Adam bite the apple, He also knew that his son
was going to die on the cross, so he created
us to give us a chance to go to heaven, but of
course it is not a free ride as since His son
suffered here on this earth , who are we that
we are not going to suffer also, but in the end
if we believe in him and do his works then that
is the opportunity we have to go to heaven,.
As for, if God is fake, I am a believer, but
everyone else has their beliefs and since you
asked, speaking for myself I know He exists and
once you know then you will understand why
this world is the way it is. Remember God
made this world perfect, it was Man who
screwed it up and now ALL of us have to pay
for it, but again we do have a chance in the
here after to be rewarded for our deeds on
this earth, so it's not a total loss.

Don't worry about the earth. Worry about man. At some point, the earth will shake us off, like a bad case of fleas. 500 years later, the earth will have repaired itself.

Definetely God is not stupid. He created the earth for temporary staging area for human to exist in order to experience life. Everything shall pass. the universe, galaxies., sun and stars and earth will die out. There are only 2 polarity in the universe the positive and the negative, and He let us to choose ( the free will ) Him or ourselves. Clearly everytime we choose ourselves led to disaster, emptiness and fear. If we only choose Him and His ways. we will have a happy, hopeful and contented life. What I can feel from you are hatred, anger and frustration ( fear for short).
Fear is to anger, anger is to hate, hate brings suffering.
Choose Lord Jesus and you will not suffer anymore. You can have rest with Him

I am glad that Qur'an not only raises this question but also answers it. For your interest, Qur'an says...
Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I will create a vicegerent on earth." They said: "Wilt Thou place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?- whilst we do celebrate Thy praises and glorify Thy holy (name)?" He said: "I know what ye know not." (Quran, 2:30)
