well... this weekend was a little to much partying... i just went to sleep today at 1.. pm. and i woke up a little while ago... lol. my head hurts really bad... anyone know of anything to help my hang over???

lots of water and try some ibuprofen/motrin/advil works better than tylenol and aspirin..

I always have a couple of JDs with normal Coke and a couple of nice bacon sandwiches. .

Plus another 2 hours watch telly horizontial position

greasy food helps for me. when i get a hangover it is always best to run through the BK ASAP. a double whopper and cheese a larg fry and a big coke make a hangover go away. as well a few 6 asprins help too.

Drink a warm beer followed by plenty of water at room temp. Your brain is actually dehydrated, that's why it hurts.

My stomach still hurts (chocolate syrup and rum). Coffee, maybe. Food and lots of water. Sit and read.

Regular cola with sugar, not the diet one.............. sip slowly, you will soon come round and your headache will disappear.
