I'm glad you said you didn't care, because I'm feeling silly.
Circumcised looks like a mushroom head with a very big stem. Un-circumcised looks like it's wearing a baggy sock. Whoopee! For once in my life I'm not being serious! But it's TRUE.

I had this same question a few years ago, and I just used Google Images and searched it. They do look different from a regular penis, and no, they're not "bad." They can be more prone to infection (which is why the Old Testament required circumcision in the first place), and need to be carefully washed.
LOL, I heard this once (Seinfeld? South Park?): a uncircumcised penis is like a turtleneck, and a circumcised penis is like a regular t-shirt. It's pretty accurate.

The previous descriptions on here are pretty close to actual look. Some people like, and believe that uncircumcised is the natural, only way to be, while others believe that males should be circumcised. It also has to do with religious beliefs, and overall health benefits. IDK if you are circumcised, or not. Are you? I am circumcised, and it looks like a "Helmet Head", or "Mushroom Head"! Lol!
