If your pain started around your belly button and shifted to the right side of your abdomen,you have a temperature,you're vomiting,you're off your food,it hurts to walk and hurts to straighten your right leg,you could have appendicitis.
On the other hand,kidney and ureteric problems,intestinal disorders and gynaecological problems can all produce right sided abdominal pain.My advice,if the pain is that bad,go to hospital.

Is it a sharp pain, sometimes when we are out of shape those pains come. But there is not set way to know that you appendix has ruptured you need to go to the hospital know and have them take an x-ray.

That depends. Are you male or female? Females can have pain in that area that is period related or ovarian cysts. If it hurts that bad, go to the ER.

High tempature and SEVERE pain. if you dont know or has been steady pain for awhile, please go to urgent care right away.
