why everytime i write a question in CAPS it sais "please don't write in CAPS. It's rude"?

It's not necessarily rude but annoying. All caps is considered shouting, so when you're answering a question that if speaking would be read in a normal tone typed in all caps, it's more difficult to process. Example: Yahoo question asking "how are you today?" You answer with FINE NICE WEATHER TODAY I WALKED MY DOG AND IT WAS NICE OUTSIDE HOW IS YOUR DAY ARE YOU BORED AT WORK? Just think about it.

It is very rude to write in CAPS. It means that you are shouting at the reader, which is rude.
CAPS are properly used for emphasis the same way exclamations are used in regular writing.

The reason, dear Princess, it is rude to write in CAPS, is because it appears one is yelling. We know royalty never need raise one's voice. Besides, no one likes to be yelled at.

In addition to sounding rude and pissed, it's annoying to read all CAPS.
One could use "!", "&" etc to express similar feelings.

I wouldn't have thought it grammatically rude. However, writing in capitals is considered 'shouting' so I'd use it sparingly, for a particular word or sentence you desire EMPHASISED.

that's the web equivalent of yelling something. How something is written communicates the way it really is going to be study. And that includes using italics, underlines, and capitalizing finished words.

some people think if you type in all caps that means you are hollering at them. I can care less.

Some people equate it with yelling. Others find it annoying to look at. I don't like it because it's actually a bit harder for me to read because it looks like it all runs together.
