I find myself wanting to be alone more often. For some reason I just don't want to be around people. Does anybody else feel this way?

I feel much less stressed when I'm alone. I find that I enjoy movies and repast a lot more when alone. I take a good book with me to the restaurant - both reading and food are much more enjoyed. Strange but true.

I'm mostly alone at home, reading, web surfing, watching TV or sewing. Over time and many tries I'm convinced that I'm better off without company who may have hang ups or personalities counter to my needs.

Plus I'm finally fully at ease with myself and content with life.

I feel that way a lot of the time. So does a friend of mine.

Sometimes it's good to be alone and be with your own thoughts, to figure yourself out. I usually go for long drives alone, just listening to music and talking to myself.

Yes. There are times when I don't even want my husband around, I just need some peace and quiet. "Me time," I like to call it.

Just be careful that you don't become a hermit. You can forget how rewarding it is to laugh and talk with other people in person!

I'm alone even when I'm in a crowd. I don't like being alone unless I'm out in the woods.
