it depend on how well you know this person you are going out with and what you are looking for.if you dont have much interested in this person well just have dinner with him and see what kind of person he is just use your common sence.but if you really like this guy well then i would do what you fell comfortable with on a first date just dont make it to easy for him.

What the heck does being over age 30 have to do with anything? So 29 year olds aren't allowed to have sex on the first date?
I'd say marriage is a little too far on the first date. Everybody is different. If two consenting adults want to get busy after a few minutes of meeting. Then so be it. If they want to wait til marriage, then so be it. How can you possibly put a rule on something like this?

Too far is going past what makes you comfortable. Go as far as you'd like to.(But be prepared for the person not to call you back sex doesn't = another date) A lot of people still view sex on the first date as a no-no if you want to start a relationship.

it all depends on chemistry, mental and emotional maturity and most of all trust. I've been careful on first dates not to try to go too far for my date, and I've had dates end in wild sex and breakfast in the morning, and some that end in a quick kiss on the front porch and I'm home by midnight. I've never judged any of them no matter what the outcome.

I think too many people put too much emphasis on "the rules". I say do what makes you comfortable, and you'll have no regrets.

Well, to prevent him from thinking you're a "receptacle", I'd do a lot of kissing and touching, but I wouldn't let him get the WHOLE ENCHILADA 'till a few dates from now. Women who allow men to have the meow-meow on the first date are considered easy, by both men AND women. Men might not say it, but when a woman puts out immediately, they wonder how many OTHER dudes got to it that fast. Be virtuous, and you'll be glad you waited. No one wants to start off on the wrong foot...Oh, and...Congrats! New relationships are awesome, and I hope it works out for y'all.

I think if you go all the way on a first date at any age it's still considered a no-no.

I assume you are getting to know this person...Anything past a kiss is really too far. You don't want to give them the wrong impression.

I think anything more than a kiss is too far.

sounds like your trying to map the whole thing out...why don't you just wait and see what happens...no use going on a date if you've already taken the date before you even started it..

Nothing's too far if you're over thirty. You can do it all. Any way you want.
