Either find a hobby, or drop all the extra hobbies you have right now. You may be stretching yourself too thin, and if those ppl you spend time with care, they'll understand. Just make sure that you do something so that you have something to think about other than school while not at school. Sometimes a change in perspective is all thats needed, like randomly exercising for example.

Start studying for finals on the first day of the semester/quarter. Allow yourself one or two TV shows/whatever you do of luxury each day, and spend the rest studying. Study everyday like you are studying for finals. Do all your homework and assignments, because this is where the bulk of your grade comes from. Never skip class, because that is when the teacher/lecturer tells you exactly what is going to be on the tests and what they expect of you.

sit with the books longer
when you have homework or not ,just sit with the book in front of you, for an hour or whatever, if you try , its bound to help some, also, get parents or anybody who knows about what you are studying to help. If there isn't anybody to help, ask the questions right here. Also, ask the teacher.

Get enough sleep, pay attention in class, WRITE IN YOUR AGENDA SO YOU DON'T FORGET ANYTHING, take a study hall period, see if you can take some stress off by taking some of the mandatory classes over the summer, talk to you counselor, get a tutor......

I would say to take away all distractions while you are doing your homework. .. turn off the tv, turn your phone on silent, and stuff like that.. that way you can complete your homework in a peaceful environment.. and then if you get your homework then you will probably Ace the tests

Study with a group of people or go for extra tutoring! Works when you don't stress alone and there are people to help you!

You might need extra help. Ask your parents to engage a tutor for you. If that is not possible then you will need to pay more attention in class. That means not sitting close to your friends who might distract you.
