I acccept that other countries fought for us and for this i am greatful. But i feel our loss deserves more than an open gate to the tax paying public

lets be honest about everythink and as greatful as we are, we must come first in our country, we also fought and died countless times more and they are just taking the micheal out of our system, as much as we benefit from the effort a lot put in you will find a much much higher percentage are claiming benefits, commiting serious crimes and are illegally living in our democratic country. am grateful we have freedom of speech, for this i have lost family members. Enough is enough lets keep Briton Briton and we earn the right

What do you mean 'go political'? Under the Commonwealth blacks and asians fought for this country as well, or is that a lie? What's your point.

Its a shame. Other contributors have made noteworthy remarks.
Empire soldiers of many races made great and sometime heroic contributions to the British war effort in both world wars. Witness the number of Indian V,C. holders. This should and will never be never forgotten - witness again the new memorials opened last year on Capital Hill.
I do not think that these things address what I percieve to be your fears - I think you are right. Would the politicians back you? - No - except the BNP - and all for the wrong reasons.
The last line is that England is no longer a white country - unless there is a revolution to throw all the non whtes out - that is not going to happen!

I think it unlikely that I, or many people for that matter, would vote for you. You appear to be rather uneducated with worrying right-wing tendencies; not a good mixture for democracy as George W. Bush has already shown us.
You seem to have the common squaddie attitude that people who were once in the forces are somehow better people and deserve more privileges than others especially immigrants: They don't all come to scam benefit you know!
I would suggest you attend night school to widen your view of the world. Try to fit in some grammar and punctuation classes as well.

Angela- define "British"- we've been invaded by the Romans, the Saxons(and Angles), the Vikings, the Normans, the French Hugenots, the Irish, and various peoples from our former colonies. I too, am passionate about my country. I've four Irish grandparents, and I consider myself just as British as anyone else.
The whole point about these new groups, are they willing to assimilate? Can they give and take to Britain what all our ancestors have done over the last 2,000 years?

IN FACT,,, I dont know a single non white person who doesnt work or study! mmmmm?

whether you are white or not, what is important is if you have sound policies and genuinely want to help the people of Britain.
the fact you have made a point of being a WHITE Briton (as i am too), indicates to me that you have racist tendencies and would therefore not serve Briton but rather the bnp.
i would not back you, i seriously hope you don't go into politics.

I am Caucasian and British. I can trace my ancestors back 8 generations and all of them are from the north of England.
I would vote for anyone with the correct policies and the correct moral approach to government whether they are white and can trace their ancestors back to before the Roman conquest of Britain in the first century AD, or of they black and their parents moved here 40 years ago. I always vote very left wing so you would have to impress me with more than lineage.

The brave Ghurkas fought and died for this country too; what's colour and ancestry got to do with it?
Feeling passion and patriotism for your homeland is no bad thing, good for you; but beware of sounding like the BNP, their policies are far too strong for a nation which is in some ways thriving from its multicultural population...

It would depend on how you phrased your party manifesto and what your policy would be regarding white British and other British. You would have to be able to `walk on glass` if you didn`t want people to call you a racist. It is odd that you can not be proud and patriotic with out fearing you would up-set someone.
