Retarded is no longer a socially acceptable term. She may have Special Needs that makes her a little different. If this is what you are talking about, you need to get over yourself and realize that she has the difficult life. If she is just a normal person who doesnt have Special Needs, you need to realize that brothers and sisters are all pains in the ***.

retardedness is something that you can't help but be nice to her. please don't let her go over weight so many parents do that and that dosen't help any. like i have a friend like that and we go walking everyday and i talk to her. be very gentle but don't treat her different from anyone else. if some1 makes fun of her stand up for her

Grow up and use correct terminology. If she is mentally handicapped, you should be supportive.
