Swap the bagel for a piece of bread (one bagel is the same as 6 pieces of bread... have ONE piece of bread with a spread...)

Swap the cereal for fruit and yogurt... most cereals are actually packed in sugar.

3 Slices of Pizza - Have one piece of pizza if you must, but replace the others with salad or tuna or pasta or a combination.

NO chips. Some low fat anything (yogurt that is low fat etc)

The key is not to stop eating, but to replace all those massivly high calorie foods for low calorie. Simple things like replacing juice for water makes a difference! Think before you eat.

That pizza, french fries, bagel and cream cheese, chips are the real problems... you gotta have some fun so maybe have a small amount of doritos.

Go for a walk 20 mins a day 4 times a week or 30 mins a day 3 times....

Hope this helps.

Well add this up and maybe you will get a better understanding:

Calories:

Cereal - 200
Croisant - 200
Bagel - 250
Doritos - 250
Pizza x 3 - 600
Fries - 300
3 x garlic knots - 400
Chips - 150
2 apples - 100
pasta salad - 200

So that is roughly 2650 calories of mostly fatty, refined foods. Hardly any vegetables or fruit except for salad and the two apples. Absolutely no protein and just a big load of unhealthy refined carbs. Not only do you need to reduce the amount of calories you are consuming, but you need to change your whole diet. HTH : )

The cereal was OK, the apples were OK and the salad was OK, as long as you put low-cal dressing on it. The rest of that stuff is killing you. Cut your calories down to about 1200 a day, and exercise as much as you can. Start out slowly and work yourself up to about an hours worth of exercise at least 5 times a week. You might want to check with a doctor first. You weigh way too much for your age and height. Get a physical and have the doctor send you to a nutritionist. You do need professional help. Good luck.

Too many calories in, not enough exercise to burn those calories off.

The diet listed above is enough for 2 to 3 people, which is why you are overweight.

A better diet:
Cereal with low-fat milk
Half a sandwich and an apple
Small amount of pasta and a salad with lowfat dressing
A snack of something low in calories, like a few pretzels, a small low-fat yougrt or fruit.

You are eating too much.

You probably dont feel like you are eating that much because you are eating food that dont make you feel full. This is why it is very important to eat good proteins (and I dont mean the peperonie on the pizza) I mean baked chicken breast with a large salad. Also eat complex carbs not simple carbs.
Complex carbs = whole wheat breads and pastas, vegies and brown rice
Simple carbs = chips, white bread, white rice, bagels, crousants, etc..

Hope that helps,

This is ALL you ate?!Read the list of what you ate again. you should be eating 60 carbohydrates for Lunch and supper, 75 carbs for breakfast, and 30 carbs for in between snacks. I'm also 5'2 and I weigh less than half of what you do, so that should be about your average weight.

Go to your doctor and ask for advice.
Personally, I think you're eating a lot of junk food (especially chips) and probably aren't exercising or playing sports enough...
Me, I would cut down on the food intake (particularly Doritos and chips) and get active... You need to speed up your metabolism.
But yeah, go to your doctor and don't do anything extreme.

Do you exercise at all? It would help to burn off excess calories from your daily meals. No offence, but you did eat a good amount of food.
