I think I would. If my sister brought home a short guy (5'1" - 5'5") I would probably try to break them up - of course I'd make fun of the guy first.
Ladies, are you (in particular) overprotective of your sisters and would not want to see them dating a short guy? Explain.

I wouldn't try to break them up. How superficial can you get? Obviously she really likes this guy if she brought him home to meet her family. I have so much love and respect for MY sister that as long as the guy she was dating was treating her like the queen she is, I would have no problem with them being together.

Personally, dude, if they are seeming like they are getting along and becoming friends, I wouldn't break them up! Actually, I wouldn't try to break anyone up AT ALL! These are PEOPLE we're talkin', ya'll! They have feelings, as all humans do. Breaking people up is just WRONG! In my personal oppinion, I'm not really atracted to short guys like that, but if other girls are and the two are getting along fine and becoming together, I'm all for it!
(I'm not an angel and will admit that I'd probably poke fun at the short dude, but I definitely wouldn't break them up)

It depends on how tall your sister is. Seriously, I think that is really shallow to think someone isn't good enough because of their height. I'm now 49 years old and when I think of all the nice guys I threw to the curb because I was being totally judge mental and putting looks before personality or many other important things to consider in finding a "nice guy". It's true nice guys do finish last. Ask your sister what she thinks of him first.

Shouldn't your sisters happiness be more important that YOUR issues with the guys height? If she doesn't mind, why should you care?
How would you like your sister to break you and your girlfriend up for a stupid reason? Such as because she had blonde or brown hair instead of black???

You can't possible be serious. In the first place, who your sister likes is totally none of your business. In the second place,....come on - SHORT for pete's sake? Why not worry about her bring home somebody that might get her into drugs or gang activity...something that matters. GROW UP

Why would you try to break them up and hurt your sister like that. What do you want the guy to be with you. Thats mean and cruel. Don't do that to your sister. If he treats nice, respects her, and cares for her, do not mess that up for her.

That's a terrible thing to do. I'm sure she would know that he is short, but love sees past all things, like age. You're just vain, and you should never try to break any couple up on purpose, unless it is really for their own good.
