Just tell her strait up if shes your best friend she'll understand, SHE HAS NO BUSINESS FLIRTING WITH YOUR BF IN THE FIRST PLACE! If she were a true friend, she probably wouldn't be flirting with ur BF. and you know what talk to your BF, thing is if he has good comunication, and hasnt told you he probably likes it and u might just lose him!
GOOD LUCK!!!

Make a joke immediately when she does it. Say something like, "Well, if I didn't know better, I'd think you wanted to ask my man out on a date." But say it with a big smile. Unless she's dense, she'll think about why you said it. Otherwise, if you guys are truly friends, just talk to her about it. Use your feeling words, not to sound corny. "It makes me feel really uncomfortable when you're extra friendly with (insert bf's name here). I know you don't mean anything by it, but because I really like him I can't help but feel jealous." Maybe I like my answer #2 best. :-)

Tricky: I think if you just ask your friend to be a little more sensitive to the fact that you get a little jealous..wich is a normal feeling that we humans get. If you are honest with her i am sure your friendship would improve. Don't think that jealousy is something to be ashamed of , but keep in mind if you trust your bloke then it should not be a problem..

When your friend flirts with your other friend just say "Yuck, I don't want to hear that" say it in a playful/joking way not in a mean and total gross out way. Its just a way to break the ice and not hurt anyones feelings.

Just be straight with her. Tell her that it makes you uncomfortable that she's flirting with him and ask her to please stop. If she's really a friend, she won't take offense and she'll be more conscious of how she interacts with him. Good luck.

just say that lately you have noticed that they have been closer then normal, and want to know how she feels about him. its easier this way because then she wont feel like your yelling at her. just speak in a calm voice, and just talk. dont blame anyone for anything, or make assumptions.

Ummm...are you joking? It's your best friend right? Just tell her/him that you feel uncomfortable when he/she acts sexually towards your boyfriend...it's easy, if it's your best friend, they will understand, also keep in mind you might just be naturally jelous (Like me) and be imagining it.
