The fastest growing religion in the world.Islam is growing about 2.9% per year. This is faster than the total world population which increases about 2.3% annually. It is thus attracting a progressively larger percentage of the world's population.
According to one survey the muslims of US comprise 22% of the world Muslim Population.
There are 1.4 billion Muslims spread through out the world.
Only 20 % are Arab Muslims and the rest 80% of 1.4 billion are non Arab muslims.
Islam is the 2nd largest religion in many European Countries Like France & UK

1) 1300 million out of 6500 million people follow Islam. (20%)
2) 7 million out of 300 million Americans follow Islam. (2%)
3) Yusuf Islam (formerly Cat Stevens), Muhammad Ali, Muhammad Yunus (Nobel Peace Prize winner 2006)
