Claw and or bite the attackers genitalia, eyes, ears and other appendages until you tear his skin off. Try to blind the attacker and he won't be able to hurt you. He'll be too worried about losing his sight or manhood. Make him bleed. Mark his face up with your finger nails.
The knee defense needs to directly impact his genitalia. The aim needs to be perfect. It can work if done properly.

I'm not sure but I think it would involve a knee coliding with the groind reigon at a high rate of speed causing the perp to curl up and transform from a man into a crying sissy right before your eyes, lol!

well no matter how you do it. if you whack the guy in the Balls hard enough he'll go down and i'd call that a ball buster!
it wont kill him it will just hurt long enough for u to get away.
