When you go on a diet, your mind is constantly on food. As a result, you starve yourself for a while, but then you actually end up eating more... which is why some diets dont work, or only do for a short space of time.

The best way to lose weight, it to combine exercise with healthy eating. Eat low calorie foods and no potato chips etc... however! What matters is what you do most of the time... if you have been good all week, and then eat a piece of cake, its what you do most of the time that matters.

Eat mainly fruit or salads, but make sure they are all low calorie. Check the backs of packets when eating packeted food.

I do this diet, and I have got a slammin' body. (I do weights too.)
