i have talked 2 my best guy friend of 6 years bout dating him and he says he scared 2 ask me he knows i will say yes and i will but im kinda tired of waiting 4 him 2 ask me should i ask him or keep waiting???

If its been six years forget it. Move on. He may also be scared because you have been friends for such a long time that if you start a relationship and start being sexual towards each other that will change the base foundation of your relationship...which was started as a true friendship. Move on to someone else and keep your friendship as a friendship.
