limit your calorie intake to around 1500 per day. Eat several times per day so you don't feel hungry. It's simple and it works.

First off the goal should be fat loss instead of weight loss. Fat loss is what makes your physic look better.
Weight loss can be deceiving because it could be water weight, fat or muscle depending on how you are eating and excersising.

The best way to loose fat is by eating 20% less tan your daily recomended caloric intake. Of these daily colories 40% of them should be good complex carbs (vegies, brown rice, whole wheat, etc..) 40% Lean Proteins (chicken, tuna, beans, etc..) and 20% good fats (nuts, olive oil, etc...).

You should be eating 5 times per a day about 3 hours apart.

Along with eating right you should be doing some form of aerobic excersise for 30 minutes at least 3-5 times per week. If you want to supercharge your fat loss add some resistance training into your workouts as well.

Hope that helps,

Run for about 30 minutes every other day. You don't have to run fast. You can do a slow jog at first.

Make it a goal to lose around 2 lbs a week. Just give yourself smaller goals so that you don't get frustrated too easily. Also, smaller goals are exciting when you reach them!

Consume no more than 1800 calories a day. Also, if you can afford it, you might want to try getting a personal trainer. Otherwise, you can find a family member or a friend to encourage you. It's always good to have somebody else to give you that encouragement you need to keep exercising.

Eat SMART and exercise regularly.

Eat a good breakfast with fruits, proteins & whole grains. Drink water! Have a healthy snack between meals & drink water! Eat a good lunch with veggies, lean proteins and whole grains. Have a halthy snack between lunch & dinner and drink water! Eat a lite, healthy dinner of lean proteins and veggies. Drink water!

Feel free to vary your diet a bit. Keep it interesting. Stay away from sugars, soda, pastries, etc. Read Labels! Once you get a better idea of what's in this stuff, you'll have a better idea of what's good to eat!

Start an exercise routine, at least three times a week, better if you do five! Mix in weight training with cardio. Go heavier on the cardio, but keep the weight training in the mix. Vary your workout to include walks, hikes or whatever works in your area. Drink water to stay hydrated!

Be mindful; with weight training, you might see an increase in pounds at the onset of your workout. Muscle mass is heavier than fat and you should build muscle fairly quickly. Increased muscle mass will boost your metabablism and enable you to do more intense workouts. Eventually, you will lose fat and take shape.

If you can find a workout partner, it will increase your ability to keep to the routine. And, you can both Drink Water!

Good Luck!
