Stand up straight, wear platforms. I am the same height as you, and that is what i do. Most of my shoes have a 2 inch sole or higher, even my sneakers. Just to let you know... we are cute at our height....don't sweat it.

What I think is: stand up straight by supporting your back with your shoulder blades touching one another. That gives you rise and nips the waist in. Do yoga for added body contouring.
Also wear clothes that are right for you, nipped in waists and long shaped tops. Get a pair of boots or heels that are comfortable... no reason a pair of four inch heels can't be comfortable if you try on a lot of pairs. Also if you do your hair up that may help you look tall. Try a high up ponytail and some highlights adding accent to the top of your head.

first exercise regularly to tone up your muscles, second stand up straight, drink plenty of water to help build muscles so that if it isn't already you can have a flat well sculpted stomach that will make you look taller and then here's the benefit of being a girl, WEAR HEELS between 2-5 inches. And during the summer wear heels with your shorts and your bathing suits and skirts. that will lengthen the look of your legs making you look taller.

Try your local Chiropractor. When I was in 8th grade I was about 5'5". I went to the Chiropractor and he crunched my back. Not only did I feel a lot better he told me "Now you'll grow!" Sure enough by my sophomore year in High School I was 6 feet tall.

im 17 and im only 5'2.....u see it sometimes depends wh3n did u g3t ur period....n how tall ur parents r...
4 ex when i was 13... i didnt get my period yet, so i luked lik a 9 yera old, i was flat, short, skinny....but i drank alot of milk, n went 2 dance classes 4 exercize so i can grow, by dat time i was 4'8 i think lol but u see in i turned out lik my fahter, he growed really slow n his cuzins dats jus natural...but theirs also cases lik ma friend shes 15, n shes about 130, n is 5'2....when she was 13 she weight about 125 n was the 5'1....she was similar 2 u, but da thing iz she didnt grow much cuz both her parents r kind of short, so wat i mean 2 say is ask ur parents, find out their genes, if theyre not that short, den thiers probally a gud chance that youll grow taller, if ther short den u probally wont grow much...Besides u should b happy da way u r, am sure ur a beautiful gurl, ur still young, wat might help iz if u work out 2 get skinnier n drink milk 2 grow trust me it helps....Kay i hope dis helped 1

i heard that having afternoon naps will make you taller. heheh.. don't try jumping cause that doesn't help. also, stretch your body once in a while.
if you want to have a smaller waist, try sucking in your tummy while breathing normally. somehow soon you'll notice that your tummy would actually sink in a little. =)

stop eating fast food and food with a lot of fats in it. eat plenty of fruits & vegetables not so much meats with grease, salts, and sugars. also be active hang out and dance , play, and run around. hey trust me i know but don't be fasting it makes you fatter. starvation isnt the answer.
