My girlfrind and I just had sex for the first time. It had been a while for both of us, so we were both nervous. First off, I had a hard time getting in. She said she needed to relax and I finally did get in. But then I could not get off for the life of me. We ended up going for like 45 minutes and she finally said I was tearing her up, after a while. Has anyone experienced something similar? I need some advice.

From a females perspective, I think that she was not ready for the sex. It should not have been difficult to enter if she was ready. Perhaps try having a drink to relax the both of you. Be sure to get her in the mood. Kiss her neck and back. Dont rush things! Go slow and dont seem as if that is the desired goal. It may be some work but it will be worth it. Also, very important is using Lubrication. Even if she is not completely ready, this will make it easier and will help her ease into the sitatuation. Good Luck!

regardless of experience levels, the first time with someone new is usually a bit clumsy. My advice would be to talk it out with her, find out each other's likes and dislikes. Don't pressure yourself or her so much, take it slow and everything will be fine next time. No worries.

Well, first times can be quiet awkward and many times, painful. It's not like the stories you all hear, your first time is not something that is guaranteed to be beautiful.
