I think you should just take it slow and see where things go. But give him time to get use to the boyfriend and girlfriend thing. But don't get so frustrated and confused about the relationship. Hope this little bit of information helps you and saves your relationship.

If you are ok with it, then nothing - just carry on as you are now, so long as you are happy with him in other ways. But if this concerns you (as I assume it must, you asked about it), you need to find out his reasons for not wanting physical contact, and see if you can wait for him to open up a bit. If he's already been intimate with other people, and just decided that he's pledging abstinence for some amount of time, you either have to say, sorry - can't wait that long, or wait it out. If he's been abused or something, that is more tricky - you can help him try to work through it, but maybe it makes more sense to help him work through it as a friend rather than as a girl/boyfriend. Maybe after he's figured his issues out some, you two could be together again romantically. But until then, if physical contact is important to you, it doesn't make sense to be with him... without being "with" him.

The boy has problems. There's some sort of issue with him. It's impossible to tell what it is unless he tells you. He might just be afraid. It could be a sexual disfunction. Yes even at his age. I don't think he's gay. I'll tell you why. I'm assuming you're young. A young man even gay has major sexual urges. Maybe he's not sure about your relationship. Men are funny creatures. We have insecurity issues sometimes. All women learn this sooner or later. They learn how to deal with them. Some are willing to wait him out. Some run for cover. You need to decide which you are. For both your sakes. Good luck!

Get a new boyfriend because one day down the road you will be going out and looking for physical contact with someone else.

Ask him if he is gay and basically ask him what is wrong? When I was in my late teens Iused to freeze when my girlfriend and I got close. I have no idea why or how it just happened. In my twenties it stopped and there have bee no more problems. I was never shown love or affection by either my parents or my grandmother. They never hugged me or said they loved me. I just assumed they did. I think this is why I froze. Or it is the best I have been able to come up with.

Depends on if it bothers you or not. If it doesn't (for now) but you would like him to "warm up" to you, then try taking it REALLLLLLLYY slow. Like, slower than you can imagine. The whole point is that you want him to feel comfortable with you (I am assuming that's why he doesn't want to touch you.)
Then again, you could smell. In that case, take some showers.
I'm just playing with you :P
If it does bother you a lot, and you can't wait that long, then you should really just dump him.

May be he is religious or he just doesn't want to be too close to you. Try to keep distance from you, don't want the relationship goes so fast. Spending more time to study and observe you. I think it is not a good match. You should find another one.

Leave him. If physical contact is important to you and it's not to him... you're not a match. That can't make for a good relationship.

Most girls will say that he's not ready but that's because every girl never tried. He won't be scared if you take control the first time. After that he will become a lot more comfortable with it and you won't be waiting, because he'll be taking the initiative!
