Depends on the context:
*direct or indirect object ("he asked me to do this"): oti (אותי)
*on me/ about me: alay (עליי)
*to me: li (לי)

It has limited use, but yeah, it's pronounced "Oh-see". It's spelled Aleph Vov Saf Yood.
I say that it has limited use because Hebrew grammar is pretty much stuctured to use "Lee" (i.e., "to me") , as in Tain Lee Kesef, which means "Give (to) me money".

"Ani" is the Hebrew for "I". "Me" is a bit more difficult because it depends on the case - if it's "to me" that is "li".
