How old do you have to be to take the shot to lose weight? and how much does it cost??? I foyu have a website about it please tell me I'm desperate!!

Don't take a shot! Just rely on good old fashioned to a healthy diet and exercise! It will be better for you in the long run.

I did Weight Watchers for a year and I think they recommended that you at least be in your teens. However, I am sure there are a lot of great programs out there that do not have that requirement, but then again, its nice to monitored by a program or parent or doctor to make sure that you are losing weight at a safe level. Weight Watchers cost about 13 dollars per week. In all my research it seemed to be the best, most safe and the most success (keeping the pounds off) of any program out there. Good luck to you.
