Ripped = cut, low bodyfat, which is nothing but diet.
If you want size, that's lifting heavy for 8 weeks,
If you want size and ripped, that's lifting heavy for 8 weeks eating a lot of healthy food (bulking or mass building phase), THEN eating a very strict diet and upping your cardio for 5-8 weeks depending on bodyfat after the bulk.
