hey, a few years ago I saw someone masturbating in his car on the highway! ew! I could see everything!

that's hella funny huh, like they have an invisibility shield around their cars. blahahahahaha. i even see cops do some wicked ugly stuff in their cars. i hafta open my window and yell at the person in the car next to me if they're goin' for broke in their nose...it just freaks me out so bad. i won't even shake hands w/ppl anymore...they're too icky.
**forgot to mention i live in a fairly small town...and i run into some of these ppl i've yelled at. rotf. hey, if it changes their behavior, so be it.

You cannot see people in dark tinted windows unless very close up. Now people that do this do not care whether you see them or not because the first thing is that you do not know them and they really do not know you. Do not be so absurb with the WTF, this is just a part of nature. If you notice closely the dogs and cats do the same.

hahaha. many people think that when they are in their car it is a safety zone, where they can do whatever. and plus they dont care. So they know people can see, its just they are not always checking to see if someone is there.
