Here is my problem: I 17 years old. & graduated from high school last year, I am a fulltime college student (currently enrolled in 16 units), I work 32 hours a week, being a crying shoulder for my mom who found out my stepdad cheated on her, balancing a boyfriend of 2 years in with my crazy life & we constantly fight, & miss my dad who died when I was 8.

Everyday it seems like I add more and more to my list of things to do and I am going to snap. I have been in such a bad mood, always feeling tired, and blah and just sad. I dont know what is wrong with me?

I try to get the stress down by sitting in a hot bath, and the whole time i sit there i just think about all the things I have to do. HELP

You have to take control of YOUR life- not everyone Else's. Some things you can control some you can't - figure out which. I have always been like you describe, way too many things to handle. If you have too, make a list of things that are really important that you have to handle (like school). Talk to your Mother and boyfriend, explain how these problems (of theirs) are stressing you so. Ask how they can help you not to worry so much. Realize that people have to be accountable for their own actions and you cannot take every ones burdens on your shoulders. You have the power to change things in your life, just pray for strength and courage to do it. Find a little craft or hobby just for you, don't feel guilty for giving yourself a little rewarding time out from everything. I wish you much success Just knowing you need to change things is half the battle, it will affect you later on in more severe ways if you don't. Talk with a councilor or other might help too. Good luck!

Almighty God is the answer to all our life problems.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicidal thoughts.)

Listen to claming music like Indian Flutes or something like that. Here's a C.D. I listen to to calm me. "Spirit Dreams" by Thomas Walker. You can't find it on the web for some reason. But it should be by the sample music at Wal-Mart. Good Luck!

Go see a doctor for something to get you through this time. IF you let it fester, it will get worse.
