Shouldn't all religious holidays be celebrated; that way there will be more good days than bad???

In the middle ages, there were far more religious holiday, celebrations, and feast days. Protestantism and modern capitalism did away with all that-kept the workers from the grindstone too much. I think we do need more holidays and times to spend with family. We are all too tired and stressed from too much work, much of which is not really necessary to the survival of the human race anyway.
