I mean who the hell cares if they are crossing our border legally or legally? i think they all should leave, no matter what legal status they have

You darn right we should! Not only do I think we should close off the border but I think we should round up the law breakers that are here stealing from the American tax payer and throw them out for good! Give them a free bus ride back to Mexico! It has got to be cheaper than giving them free section 8 housing and food stamps and WIC, and free educations! Get them out now and quit making it easy for them to sit around at our expense. Make employers and landlords accountable for hiring and renting to illegals. There needs to be jail time doled out for repeat offenses! We need to beef up the INS and give them the power to ship them out of here right away! If not, we will continue to have higher taxes and lower standards of education and violent crime rates! American benefits should go to Americans only! The rest need to go back home!

The real solution is now and will always be to simply ENFORCE the law, STOP the traitors in the ACLU and fire the liberal judges that allow them to block every piece of common sense legislation aimed at discouraging hiring, aiding, or abetting illegal aliens.
The granting of birthright citizenship to the offspring of illegals must be stopped immediately. The authors of the 14th amendment stated this yet liberal judges have interpreted it otherwise.
California's prop 187 in 1994 was a step in the right direction.Simply stated, if you were in California illegally you would be denied access to our public schools and social services. That legislation was blocked by the ACLU and a bleeding heart democrat governor, that was later impeached, allowed it to die without the courts ever making a decision.
Illegal aliens are on every street corner in my neighborhood. Mothers pushing their little "anchor" babies down the street in shopping carts "liberated" from local supermarkets are a common sight. Local law enforcement does nothing about it. The federal government does nothing about it. There are numerous opportunities to apprehend and deport them but nothing is done.
Will closing the borders help? in a word NO. Our politically correct government needs to simply start enforcing the law.

Yes i do think we should close down our border with mexico. an build a gaint wall about 45 ft under groung an about 75ft to 100ft high.with guns an snipers on the wall.place them about 30 ft away from each other. build it like the china wall

Hell yeah! And dynamite the fault lines of California to blow all those illegals away. We can send Marines through sweeps in Texas to look for illegals in all houses and call it a type of new training for urban middle eastern warfare, and all the illegals we find there we can execute them with a firing squad and use the blood for great southern cooking. Then we can just nuke Arizona cause that's most likely where we test those WMD's anyway.
