Let's get one thing straight, the so-called "withdrawal method" is *not* a method of contraception. You are gambling. Even before ejaculation, the man leaks small amount of "pre-c*m" lubricating fluid which contains sperm. If it was one week after her period finished, this would probably place her right at her fertile time when she would be most likely to get pregnant.
However, you don't say how long it's been since you had unprotected sex. Generally it takes a couple of weeks for people to develop pregnancy symptoms, and don't forget that there are all kinds of other explanations for feeling sick (and tummy ache isn't particularly a pregnancy symptom). She could have a stomach bug or just be very anxious about whether she's pregnant.
A pregnancy test would be effective from the day her next period is due. You can buy them at any chemist or even a supermarket. It's in your interests to find out as soon as possible, as if there's any chance she could be pregnant she needs to start looking at her options.
If you two don't want to be parents right now, you need to stop having unprotected sex and find out more about how your bodies work in order to be responsible.

One week after her period is her most fertile time. So the chances of getting pregnant are dramatically increased. Even though you withfrew before ejaculation there is still a chance of some sperm making it. ou need to wait until her period is due, and if it doesn't come take a pregnancy test.
She could also be feeling ill due to stress and worrying about being pregnant.
Whatever happens though, please do not have an abortion. Most women never recover from the physical and emotional trauma. There are plenty of couple out there who are unable to have their own children who would happily adopt yours.

oh dear!!! Sperm can be released well before ejaculation, so she could be pregnant. One week after her period may be too early for her to conceive but depending on how old she is and how advanced her cycle is you may or may not have got away with it. Pregnancy symptoms don't usually occur straight away and tummy ache isn't one of them, unless it feels like mild period cramps, my advise is ask her to do a pregnancy test

the odds are high that she is pregnant, so get a pregnancy test the be sure. If she isn't pregnant then take this as a warning that you should be using condoms or some other reliable birth control.

There's a good chance she could be. Sperm leaks out during sex in small amounts before ejaculation so withdrawing isn't a very good method of birth control...! Go buy her a test as soon as you can.

its not very likely, but still a possiblilty. The withdrawl method isnt a good contraceptive at all , she could have a stomach bug, but she could be pregnant. The only thing u can do is get a test tomorrow morning, then you will know for sure

the chances of her being pregnant are 50/50. a guy still releases sperm even if he doesnt ejaculate. the best thing to do would be to do a pregnancy test and decide what to do from there.

go get a pregnancy test done (to be on the safe side) just because he pulled out does not mean that one of those little guys didn't get through before he ejaculated.
