No men have the same amount of ribs. God does not tell about Adam's rib other than He took a rib from Adam and made a woman. Genesis 2: 21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; Genesis 2: 22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

No, men and women have the same number of ribs, the story of the Bible is meant metaphorically.
The Ribs
(Costæ)
The ribs are elastic arches of bone, which form a large part of the thoracic skeleton. They are twelve in number on either side; but this number may be increased by the development of a cervical or lumbar rib, or may be diminished to eleven. The first seven are connected behind with the vertebral column, and in front, through the intervention of the costal cartilages, with the sternum (Fig. 115); they are called true or vertebro-sternal ribs. 21 The remaining five are false ribs; of these, the first three have their cartilages attached to the cartilage of the rib above (vertebro-chondral): the last two are free at their anterior extremities and are termed floating or vertebral ribs. The ribs vary in their direction, the upper ones being less oblique than the lower; the obliquity reaches its maximum at the ninth rib, and gradually decreases from that rib to the twelfth. The ribs are situated one below the other in such a manner that spaces called intercostal spaces are left between them. The length of each space corresponds to that of the adjacent ribs and their cartilages; the breadth is greater in front than behind, and between the upper than the lower ribs. The ribs increase in length from the first to the seventh, below which they diminish to the twelfth. In breadth they decrease from above downward; in the upper ten the greatest breadth is at the sternal extremity.
The woman is made "with the rib" that God-Yahweh had taken from the man. Considering the archaic, metaphorical and figurative way of expressing the thought, we can establish that it is a question here of homogeneity of the whole being of both. This homogeneity concerns above all the body, the somatic structure. It is also confirmed by the man's first words to the woman who has been created: "This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh" (Gn 2:23).(15) Yet the words quoted refer also to the humanity of the male. They must be read in the context of the affirmations made before the creation of the woman, in which, although the "incarnation" of the man does not yet exist, she is defined as "a helper fit for him" (cf. Gn 2:18 and 2:20).(16) In this way, therefore, the woman is created, in a sense, on the basis of the same humanity.

Well, if Adam's rib was used to make Eve, doesn't that mean that both Adam and Eve only have one rib each?

Why should we now have one less rib?
Look at this way. Today, if God took one of my ribs and formed you. Then when you had a child, it would not be missing a rib.
And when that child had children, your grandchildren, they would not be missing a rib.
We are the great, great, great, great, (etc) great grandchildren of Adam and Eve. Therefore, there is no reason why we would missing a Rib.

Such strange lack of reasoning!!
If you had your appendix removed when you were, say, five years of age .... does that mean then that ll of your children (or all of your male children) would be born without their appendix?
So, just because God removed a rib from Adam and made Eve from it .... why would men have one less rib?

I knew a man who got his hand cut in a lawn mower and lost two fingers yet his children were all born with all their fingers.
That is ridiculous why would men have less ribs because Adam lost his?

Yes, and that is proved with anthropology. When identifying human remains Anthropologist can tell male from female because men have one less rib than we do.
