Well, if you're losing bodyfat that's always a good thing. If you're losing muscle mass, up your caloric intake with protein and healthy carbs like yams, oatmeal, sweet potatoes and brown rice. Assuming you're at a low bodyfat already, you should probably take in about 100 grams of protein spread throughout the day.

Eat a little more... especially more protein in order to build muscles. So... add to your regular diet some eggs, lowfat dairy, lean meats, snack on nuts, beans... or even just have a yogurt and fruit smoothie once a day to increase your calories.

Try working out with weights so you will also gain muscle and get tone. You can use 4 pound weights that way you won't look to muscular.

Get info in a fitness magizine or ask a personall trainer on how to watch your diet. In my opinion you should count how many claories you eat a day and how much you excercise and balance it out.

Eat more. If you are already eating good health portions add a milk shake or high calorie drink to your daily diet.
