I started having braxton hicks very early in my pregnancy and went into labor several times but they were able to stop it. My daughter was born 7 months ago and i noticed a few weeks ago that from my belly button down I have what seems to be contractions. They arent painful, mainly just pressure and my stomach gets hard. There is no chance that I am pregnant again. So please someone help me!!!

It could just be from your uterus still contracting to it's normal size. It does hurt quite a bit, but for you to STILL have these or have them 7 months after the birth of your child, you need to get to a doctor ASAP. It could be something more serious than being pregnant again.

its been happening all along since your baby was born, its your muscles tightening up to their former shape before you got pregnant. you are probably only noticing it now because your baby is getting heavier, and you have to bend over more often to pick her up. Kind of like weightlifting. However, if you are worried, go to your GP and ask about it
