I feel insulted that he would even ASK me to do something morally wrong to a guy I love and care for. He's a friend and I've known him for a while, but only recently did he reveal that he had feelings for me. I want to make it clear to him that I'm not going to cheat with him, but to still try to keep our friendship intact.

What should I do?

If he was a real friend and he really had feelings for you he would never ask you to cheat on your boyfriend.
Tell him NO and how dare he even ask you something like that. If he still does not stop tell him you cannot be friends anymore.
And i would tell you bf whats going on so he is not left in the dark.

good luck

Tell your friend that the more you think about what he asked you to do the more hurt you feel. Tell him you thought you had a solid friendship and respected each other. You are flattered and confused that he developed feelings for you but you will NEVER think of him in a romantic way. You are morally true to the one you love and are true to yourself. You may lose him as a close friend but he will respect you. Good luck.

well first off let me assure you, if he was your FRIEND he would not ask you sucha thing. friends dont over step boundaries like that. Second he obviously doesnt think very highly of you, if he thinks he could even get away with asking you something like that, and to be honest i dont think he has feelings for you i think he just wants what he cant have and believe me it wouldnt be worth it. The pain that you put the significant other through is not worth the little affair. hugs and i hope it works out for you.

Tell your boyfriend, I'm sure he can scare him off! ^_^ I'm sure you still want to be friends with this guy, but if you ask your boyfriend to tell him to stop asking you, he will step off. I had the same type of thing happen to him. It worked in the end, and we're still friends.

Kick in the groin, He'll back of then, I'll put money on it, though he might not be your friend! just tell him to leave off, or you won't be friends with him, likley he will want to keep your relationship as friends so he would back off, if he doesn't he's not your friend.

if he was a real friend he would not act like he is.. tell him no one more time and tell him to snap out of it. if he keeps on tell your boyfriend about it... your boyfriend can tell him to back off. i would not consider this other guy a friend and would leave him alone..

why do you want to be friend with him? Hes not a good froend, if he was he wopuld play his position and wait for your boyfriend to play himself out.

You should tell your boyfriend. If he half a man he will at least threaten homeboy, and should probably kick his ****.
