Being over weight causes it.Do some exercices..........chew gum alot.

Weight gain of course. I had always heard that if you take the back of your hand and tap your double chin about 25 times a day, that it tightens the muscles, but if you are overweight there is not much you can do about it, besides surgery....I hate my profile because that is the first thing that I see!

I once noticed I was starting to get a double chin and I got rid of it by doing an exercise which involves looking up at the ceiling and then down and then up again several times.stretch your neck as far as you can, good luck!

lol...if your asking this question you should take the Dr. out of your name :)...overeatting can make you get double chins...however if you are taking certain medication is can also cause you to gain weight, but the most likely answer is overeating and being a coach potato...SOULTION: don't eat unless you hungery, excerise more and that just doesn't mean doing TAI-Bo :) you could take a walk around the block instead...play a game( not a board game :) with some friend.good luck

There are two reasons

1) Excess Fat
2) Ageing, which makes the skin on chin sag and creates a double chin

when you gain weight you gain all over, including you chin. diet might get rid of a double chin

double quater pounder at mcdonalds to get rid of them less grubbing and more sit ups

Fat causes them. Try running everyday. That really lowers body fat.
