If you just started your diet then you will feel hungry untill your stomach shrinks...drink alittle water when you get hungry not too much fruit though...high in sugar...celery fills you up and actually burns calories if you chew it well

See your stomach is like a sewing machine. If you put alittle string in at a time it will work with it. (if you put in a little food at a time your stomach digests it.) But if you put to much string into a sewing machine then it messes up. (if you only eat once a day your stomach won't be used to it. And then if you do eat more times a day then your stomach doesn't know what to do with the food and it gets stored as fat. So if I were you I'd eat smaller portians a day so your still getting the same amount of food as in that big meal but so that your stomach has control over the food coming in and can digest it.) Hope this helps. Also fruit is always good.

yup.. that's ok :) if you're on diet let me just give you some tips in order for you to lose weight properly. never miss breakfast because it is the most important meal of all. since your body fasted the whole night when you were asleep, tendency of skipping breakfast would lower your metabolism and make it slower for your body to burn fat and calories. another tip would be always eat in small amounts when you are hungry. eating in small amounts several times a day is always much better than eating 3 big meals a day!

well one peach would be good; peaches are natural sugar, so you should limit your self to 2 fruits a day.
