can't objective proof be offered. I still see people are using the bible as the proof. one guy compares it to a automotive owners manual and others just cite it as evidence. please, if you cannot come up with some deeper thinking about your understanding as to the existence of god, then please don't bother.

There are many great writing about understanding the exisatance of God, which are not the Bible. The Confessions by Augustine, The writing of St Teresa of Avila... God has a Dram by Desmond Tutu is a fantastic reading.

BUT - anything that is written will still be deep thinking and matters of faith. There can be no Objective Proof for the existance of faith.

Describe in a manner of objective proof your relationship with your parents. You can describe the relationship, you can give examples of sacrifice, nurturing, caring... But can you really in truth give objective proof that love exists as opposed to animalistic parenting instincts?

Give it up! You're swimming upstream with this question. I've been saying this for DECADES (you can't use the Bible to prove the Bible is the truth!)...but people still keep doing it anyway! Let's face it: the very KNOWLEDGE of logic and reason in this culture (and many others) is slim to none, so don't expect people to actually USE it!

Just do what I do: live your life and if you ever get bored and want a rousing debate, just say, "I'm an agnostic"! Theists will swarm over you in no time!

Personally, I'd rather debate who was the better guitarist, Hendrix or Clapton!

The missing element is faith...
I can tell someone all day that you can't see the wind but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, etc... but if their heart is not open to receiving then they will not see.
What happened to me was that I started going to church because I thought my kids needed it, and week after week I agreed with what the Pastor said - such as how God loves us and that our rebellion separates us from him - and the many revelations of life and pretty soon my life changed and God came into my heart and everything was changed. I know now what my life is about and where I am going, and the peace of knowing someone greater than me created me and loves me no matter what.
Give yourself a chance to see what God is about - any chance you can - because he is right there with us all the time - right in front of us. Look at the beauty of the world... how our bodies work... the provision we have...and the wonderful things like love, gratitude and forgiveness.

Use God's eyes to see yourself and your life, and watch your life come alive.

People don't want to answer someone who already has their mind made up. You don't believe the bible so why should we argue about it with you. Believers have something you ,don't , its called faith. We don't argue about the Word of God. The bible is the story of God reaching out to man so He can have a relationship with us. It talks about the customs of that day, which many confuse as How God wants you to live today. You can't understand things of the bible because you lack the Spirit of God.The bible is for believers, it always will confound the unbeliever.

Prove God? You will be an atheist or an agnostic in a short period of time if you keep thinking like this. God cannot be proven. Its a *faith*. Many people have tried, but there is nothing that can stand up to logical thought and evidence. Research digital life-forms like Avida that serve as models of the rise of complexity, or the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics in relation to the probability of the origin of life from prebiotic chemicals.

Your question can only be answered by the sane and the logical .
Don`t expect answers from the religious as they can`t think " OUTSIDE THE BOOK ".
There is no proof of god ,jesus ,allah, etc.
I have more belief in fossils that I can see ,than an imaginary god .

When are you going to listen to science, Faith, and reason.

Science is the outward evidence of the inward expression of God.
