I don't care what they teach as a second language as long as everyone in America can speak English first! Learning English is a requirement of citizenship so why does the government insist on allowing other languages everywhere in public places? There should be NO other option ANYWHERE in America other than English. Press 2 for Spanish? No! Spanish menus available. No! You're in America now learn the language! The two "American" flags at the bottom of this page are a travesty of justice. One for English and one for Spanish??? WTF!

I live in Arizona and I speak several languages Spanish being one of them,I found it simple to learn and not a big deal.But I chose to learn it just as I chose to learn the other languages I speak.It doesn't take brains to learn a foreign language.It takes either repetition or immersion,not brains.Legal Americans don't have to learn any language other that English to get a good job,that's a false statement.It also depends on where you live.Arizona just passed a law Nov 7 th making English our official language.It also passed another to deny benefits to all illegal aliens.(food stamps/welfare/Section 8 etc.)
Illegal aliens were getting them with false/stolen/forged or borrowed ID.Now every application will be checked to make sure its legal documents .English is this nations main language 80% of the US speaks English as its first language,10% speak English as its second language,
and the last 10% don't speak English.That as very small number of people being pandered to don't you think?

It should be press one for Spanish or totally in English. I am tired of this, but it's a small thing compared to illegal invaders' other privileges. If those stopped this wouldn't happen so much. Most Hispanic Americans speak English.

You are calling an american company. Spanish shouldn't even be an option. If you can't speak the language go away.

Absolutely. However, the government of the USA knows mexican illegals don't have any brains, so they make it as easy as possible, for them to get through using the phone, and they don't have to work at hitting the number ONE button, since the illegal mexicans think it should be UNO.

What about the other immigrants who came to this country?? You don't hear Press 3 for German, Press 4 for French, Press 5 for Japanese. etc, Why??? Simple - THEY LEARNED TO SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!
