Is a 16 inch bicep(all muscle)on someone who's 5 foot 7 and 160 pounds considered good size?

You need to realize that the Bicep isn't all there is to great looking arms. Don't just do curls, remember to work the Triceps hard as well. Do Tricep extensions, rope pull downs, Tricep kickbacks and the like. Work the backside of the arm from many multiple angles as each works a different head of the Triceps.

But yes, 16 inches is fine for someone your age.

Yup. Good size. Wanna increase, try resistance curls. Get a mate to help you. You curl up, he forces the dumbell/bar down while you resist the force. Be careful to only do 1 set of 10 until yous bicep gets used to the exercise

Possible but not likely.If this is your goal, you should include deadlifts in back workout and straight leg deadlifts in your legs you will see you arms blow up
