Not using blinker til last minute, using cell, eating, putting on makeup, cutting me off, doing less than speed limit.

It seems like everyone is talking on the phone. It's making it more difficult to get anywhere and even more difficult to avoid accidents.
I've seen women applying mascara and I've seen men shaving!
